Melbourne treatment policies

Clear information before you decide.

These policies apply specifically to the Lemonade Brows Melbourne visit, including your initial appointment on 5–7 November 2026 and included perfecting session on 17–19 December 2026.

Eligibility and consent

Your safety comes before the appointment.

Cosmetic tattooing is not suitable for everyone. You must provide complete and accurate information about your medical history, medications, allergies, skin conditions, previous cosmetic tattooing and anything else that may affect treatment or healing.

  • Pregnancy and breastfeeding: Lemonade Brows does not perform cosmetic tattooing during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
  • Medical and skin conditions: Autoimmune conditions, diabetes, blood-thinning medication, active infection, eczema, psoriasis, impaired healing and other conditions may require medical clearance, a changed treatment plan or a decision not to proceed.
  • Previous cosmetic tattooing: Existing pigment must be disclosed and clear photographs may be requested before a booking is accepted. Some previous work cannot safely or effectively be covered.
  • Forms: Consultation, consent and numbing forms must be completed by the requested deadline before Harmony travels to Melbourne. Numbing cream is prepared in advance and applied by Harmony at the clinic. Clients do not apply it themselves.

Submitting a consultation request does not guarantee suitability. Harmony may decline or postpone treatment if proceeding would be unsafe, unlikely to heal well or unlikely to produce an ethical result.

Informed consent

Before treatment, you will have an in-person consultation and approve the proposed shape and colour. By signing the treatment forms, you confirm that you understand the procedure, normal healing stages, possible risks and limitations, and that the information you supplied is accurate.

Booking and cancellations

The Melbourne package is one course of treatment.

The total package price is $1,100. It includes the initial brow restoration appointment in November and one six-week perfecting appointment in December. The perfecting appointment is included in the package and does not have a separate cash value.

Securing your booking

Any booking payment or deposit shown when your appointment is arranged must be paid before the appointment is secured. It forms part of the $1,100 package price. Any remaining balance is due at the initial appointment unless otherwise confirmed in writing.

Changing or cancelling the initial appointment

You may cancel your initial appointment and receive a refund of your booking deposit by notifying Lemonade Brows on or before 21 October 2026.

After 21 October 2026, the deposit is non-refundable unless Lemonade Brows is able to fill your appointment with another client. If the appointment is filled, your deposit will be refunded. If it cannot be filled, the deposit will be retained to help cover the time reserved for you and the costs of this limited Melbourne visit.

Requests to move an appointment are subject to availability. Because Melbourne appointments are offered on limited dates, another suitable appointment or a future Melbourne visit cannot be guaranteed.

The included perfecting appointment

The perfecting session is planned for 17–19 December 2026. If you provide at least 48 hours' notice, Harmony will make a reasonable effort to find another suitable appointment, but an alternative Melbourne date cannot be guaranteed. If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice or do not attend, the included session will be treated as used. Any later session may need to be booked and paid for separately.

Moving the perfecting appointment well outside the recommended healing window can affect what can be assessed or achieved. Travel to another location, accommodation and related client costs are not included.

Late arrival and changes by Lemonade Brows

If you expect to be late, contact Harmony immediately. An arrival more than 45 minutes late may leave insufficient time to treat safely and may be treated as a missed appointment. If Lemonade Brows must cancel because of illness, travel disruption or another circumstance outside reasonable control, you will be offered a rescheduled appointment or an appropriate refund for any treatment not provided.

Treatment expectations

Cosmetic tattooing heals differently in every skin.

  • Cosmetic tattooing is semi-permanent. Fading and colour change over time are expected.
  • Skin type, health, medication, previous tattooing, sun exposure, skincare, lifestyle and aftercare can all affect healing and pigment retention.
  • Fresh brows normally appear darker and more defined before softening. Flaking, temporary patchiness and an uneven-looking stage can occur during healing.
  • Perfect symmetry cannot be guaranteed because faces, brow bones, muscles and natural hair growth are not identical from side to side.
  • The first appointment is intentionally conservative. The included second appointment is used to assess the healed pigment and refine colour, balance and density.
  • Results and pigment retention cannot be guaranteed. Work beyond the included perfecting session is not part of the $1,100 package and may incur an additional fee.

You must follow the pre-appointment guidance and aftercare instructions. Failure to follow those instructions may affect healing and the final result.

Completed cosmetic tattooing services are not refundable simply because healing, retention or personal preference differs from what was hoped for. This policy does not exclude any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Photos and marketing

Your treatment record is separate from marketing consent.

Lemonade Brows may take photographs before, during and after treatment as part of consultation, treatment planning, progress assessment and your client record.

Using identifiable photographs for the Lemonade Brows website, social media, portfolio, education or promotional material requires separate consent. You can decline marketing use without affecting your eligibility for treatment, and you can withdraw consent for future use by contacting Lemonade Brows. Withdrawal cannot always remove material already printed or lawfully published before the request was received.
