Tell me what's happening with your brows and what you're most worried about. A makeup-free photo helps, especially with old tattoo.
Sydney specialist · three days in Melbourne
Thinned, faded or gone altogether — age, hormones, thyroid, alopecia, cancer treatment, or thirty years of plucking. Restoring them is what I do, and it's nearly all I do.
Most women who ring me say some version of the same thing: “I don't want to look done. I just want to stop thinking about my eyebrows.”
The tails disappeared first. Now your brows stop halfway across your face.
One sits higher than the other and you notice it in every photograph.
You draw them on every morning and you're tired of trying to make them match.
Your hair has gone grey and you're frightened the wrong colour will look harsh.
Alopecia, medical treatment, hormones or age changed them — sometimes slowly, sometimes all at once.
You were tattooed before and you're living with a shape or colour that doesn't feel like you.
Your biggest fear isn't pain. It's walking out too dark, obvious, or looking like somebody else.
Every face, skin and history is different. So every shape, colour and technique is chosen from the person in front of me — not from a template.

$550 to book · $550 on the day
Both appointments included
Your brow loss, health, medications, previous tattoo and what you're worried about.
Your health questionnaire and numbing cream clearance are assessed ahead of time.
Bone structure, expression, asymmetry, skin, undertone and the hair you still have.
We adjust the shape in the mirror. Nothing permanent starts until you approve it.
Nano, ombre or combination — chosen for your skin and goals, with no price difference.
No double-booking. No rushing the consultation, mapping or treatment.
So the darker first week, flaking and temporary fading don't take you by surprise.

“Harmony specialises in working on mature skin. She is precise, knowledgeable and reassuring. My experience was relaxing and pain-free.”
“My brows look natural, suit my face perfectly and I haven't touched an eyebrow pen in 10 months.”
“Walked away feeling more confident than I have in years. I no longer need to pencil in brows every day.”
The process is designed so that the important questions are answered before the appointment — and permanent decisions are made slowly on the day.

I ask about your brow loss, health, medications and expectations. If I don't think this is right for you, I'll say so.
$550 secures your time. I send the two screening forms, and you have 72 hours before I offer the appointment on.
Thursday 5, Friday 6 or Saturday 7 November at Upper Skin Clinic, Ivanhoe. Allow three hours.
At six weeks I assess the healed colour and finish the work in Melbourne, or in Sydney within three months.
We reassess your skin, concerns and the best technique while the cream takes effect.
I draw the shape and we adjust it together. This part decides everything, so I don't rush it.
Built gradually in passes, sitting you up along the way so I can assess the balance.
I shape from your bone structure, expression, asymmetry and the hair you still have — not from whatever happens to be fashionable.
Grey isn't one colour. I consider your skin undertone, original brow colour, current hair and the softness you want now.
Nano strokes, ombre powder or a combination — oily, thin, mature and previously tattooed skin all hold pigment differently.
The shape works with your face, expression and remaining hair rather than sitting on top of them.
I avoid a generic grey or strong colour selected simply because it photographs well immediately.
The first stage stays conservative and the final density is decided after I see how your skin has healed.
I explain what is possible and where I would be conservative. You see and approve the drawing before we begin.
Twenty years in beauty and aesthetics, and these days I do almost nothing but mature and restorative brows.
That wasn't a marketing decision. It happened because women over 40 and 50 kept arriving with the same concerns: they had lost part or all of their brows, they were frightened of looking fake, and most of what they saw online wasn't designed for them.
My Sydney clinic books around this work, and I've had enough Melbourne women ask whether I would come to them that I've set aside three days in Ivanhoe. I'm bringing the same unhurried appointments, conservative first stage and honest conversation I offer at home.

Frequently asked questions
The awkward questions belong here too. If yours isn't answered, ask it on the free call.
Right after your appointment, your brows will look a little darker and more defined than the final result — this is completely normal. Over the first week, you might notice some light flaking or peeling as your skin naturally heals. The colour may also appear to change slightly during this time as the pigment settles into your skin.
There’s no downtime, so you can continue your usual daily routine without worry. I’ll provide step-by-step aftercare instructions, including what to cleanse, what to avoid, and how to care for your brows to ensure the best long-lasting results.
Everyone heals differently, and some clients may notice minor dryness or patchiness for a few days. That’s perfectly normal and nothing to worry about. If anything feels confusing, unexpected, or you’re unsure about the healing process, I’m always just a message away to guide you. My goal is that you feel confident, informed, and supported from your appointment day through full healing.
That’s exactly the kind of brows I specialise in. Whether your brows are naturally sparse, over-plucked, or missing due to age or medical reasons, it’s absolutely not a problem. I’ll work with you to design a shape that complements your face, enhancing your features in a way that feels effortless and natural.
Using techniques like Nano Hair Stroke or Ombre Powder Brows, I can create fine, hair-like strokes or soft shading that blend seamlessly with any existing hair, or provide a full brow if there’s none. The goal is always brows that feel like they were meant to be there — soft, balanced, and flattering, never harsh or artificial.
I take the time to understand your preferences and lifestyle, so whether you want a very subtle enhancement or a more defined look, your brows will always feel like “you” — natural, age-appropriate, and easy to maintain.
Your brows can last anywhere from 1 to 2 years, depending on factors like your skin type, lifestyle, and how closely you follow the aftercare instructions I provide. Everyone’s skin is different — some people may need a touch-up sooner, while others can go longer before any maintenance is needed.
Mature skin tends to regenerate more slowly, which often means that older clients enjoy longer-lasting results. I carefully choose pigments and techniques tailored to your skin type to maximise longevity and ensure the colour fades softly and naturally over time.
I always recommend a top-up session if you want to refresh the colour or adjust the shape as your brows age with you. My goal is that your brows continue to look effortless, natural, and flattering long after your initial appointment.
Absolutely. I don’t follow fleeting trends or create dramatic styles that might feel out of place later. Every brow I design is personalised to you, taking into account your face shape, natural features, and how your brows may change over time.
I focus on shapes, tones, and placement that age gracefully with you, so your brows will continue to look flattering, natural, and balanced for years to come. This means your brows won’t feel like a phase you grew out of — they’ll feel like they were always meant to be yours.
My goal is that you love your brows today and every day into the future, feeling confident knowing your look will remain elegant, soft, and age-appropriate.
You’re not alone — I see this quite often. If you have existing brow tattoos, I always start with a personalised assessment to see what’s possible and what will work best for your brows.
Sometimes, I can work with what’s already there — adjusting the shape, softening the colour, or blending it into a more natural look. Other times, complete removal or lightening may be the better option. If that’s the case, I’ll be completely upfront about it and guide you toward the best solution, so you have a clear plan that makes sense for your brows and your skin.
My goal is always to give you honest advice, practical options, and results that make you feel confident — whether that’s a gentle correction, a full refresh, or starting fresh with a new design.
That’s exactly what we cover in your consultation. Not everyone’s skin or lifestyle is suited to cosmetic tattooing, and that’s completely okay. I take the time to look closely at factors like your skin type, medical history, and how your body heals, to make sure brow tattooing is the right choice for you.
If I feel it’s not the best option, I’ll tell you honestly and we can explore other ways to enhance your brows together. My goal is that you feel confident, informed, and safe before we start, knowing that any decision we make is tailored specifically to you.
Every client is different, and I make sure that your brow journey is personalised, realistic, and designed to give natural, flattering results that suit your face and lifestyle.
That’s more common than you think — and it’s completely okay. Most of my clients come in knowing what they don’t want, but not quite sure how to describe what they do want. That’s exactly where I come in.
I guide you through a relaxed, collaborative consultation, where we talk about your preferences, look at your natural features, and explore different options to find a style that feels authentic and flattering for you. I’ll help you understand what shapes, tones, and techniques work best for your face, so your brows always look natural and feel like they were meant to be there.
By the end of the consultation, you’ll have a clear plan and peace of mind, knowing your brow design is personalised, age-appropriate, and tailored to your lifestyle. My goal is that you feel confident, informed, and excited about your new brows before we even start.
I always aim to make the process as comfortable as possible. Everyone’s pain tolerance is different, but most of my clients find the procedure completely manageable — often much easier than they expected.
To ensure your comfort, I use two types of specially formulated numbing creams, compounded by a chemist. I start by applying a numbing cream before we begin, which helps you feel relaxed right from the start. During the procedure, if needed, I’ll apply a second numbing cream to maintain comfort as the first one wears off.
While I can’t legally guarantee zero discomfort for everyone, my approach focuses on gentle techniques, attention to detail, and continuous care, so your experience is as smooth and pleasant as possible. Many clients are pleasantly surprised by how comfortable their brow tattooing session actually is.
Yes — this is actually one of the areas I specialise in and love most. Because timing and medical clearance matter in these situations, I've put together a dedicated guide covering what's possible before, during, and after treatment, and what to expect. Read more about restorative brow tattooing →
